- Upon admission, the student shall inform ‘International Relations Officer’ of the University about his/her date of arrival in India, Port of Arrival, Carrier, Flight Number, Date and Time for receiving him/her and for making provisional Accommodation at the University.
- In order to get properly acclimatized to the new environment, it is recommended that students may reach the University at least three or four days prior to the commencement of the course, for Registration.
- At the time of Registration, every student shall submit the following documents in original, without which the Registration of Admission will not be made :-
- Valid Passport with valid Student visa.
- Migration Certificate in Form-III.
- Certificate in proof of qualification.
- Mark or Grade sheets of qualifying examination.
- Parent Declaration in Form-I.
- Student Declaration in Form-II.
- Fund availability certificate in Form-IV.
- Immigration details of Foreigner in Form-V.
- 15 numbers of Passport size photograph.
- Wherever a document is in language other than English a certified English translation of the document should accompany.
- First year students to the University will be provided with a set of books and laboratory materials and class notes for which an additional payment shall be made by Demand Draft in Indian rupees.
