1. The Electronic Fund Transfer details must be sent to the University’s International Relations Office E-mail address internationaldean@vel-tech.org (OR) admission@vel-tech.org in the Intimation Form.
2. A copy of the payment made through Electronic Transfer must also be sent to the University’s International Relations Office at the earliest.
3. On receipt of full tuition fees for the first year within 15 days of receipt of the Provisional Admission, confirmed Admission letter will be sent, both by mail and e-mail, which can be used for applying for Student Visa, Ticketing, Insurance, etc.
