Scheme of Examination |

Entrance examination would consist of one paper consisting of three parts of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry having 50, 25 and 25 objective type questions respectively for all B.Tech. programmes (including Bio Technology ).

More than one answer indicated against a question will be deemed as incorrect.
All objective type questions are required to be answered on specially designed machine gradable answer sheets.
Answers are to be marked using Black Ball Point Pen supplied in the examination hall.
For the purpose of evaluation, Test Booklet Code as printed in the Answer Sheet will be accepted as final. For more instructions, see Appendix III
Each question shall carry one mark .
There shall be no penalty for wrong answer.

VTUEEE 2010 will be conducted on the second SATURDAY in May i.e. the 8 th May 2010 from
10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Exemption from VTUEEE
|

Those students who secure the first rank in the +2 examinations conducted by the States will be admitted directly into the course of their choice subject to eligibility, with full scholarships to the value of 100% of the tuition and examination fees and 100% of hostel (boarding and lodging) costs for the entire duration of the course subject to the condition that such students maintain an average of 60% in each semester and pass all papers of every semester in the first attempt. |

Those students who appear for AIEEE 2010 need not take VTUEEE 2010 examinations. |

However, they will be invited for counseling at the end of counseling for VTUEEE2010 candidates. |

Further, only those who have appeared for VTUEEE2010 examinations and admitted shall be eligible for consideration for Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarships 2010 |

In all cases however, application must be made in the prescribed form. |

For those unable to appear in VTUEEE on scheduled date of examination for any reason, including loss of application form/Hall Ticket in transit, no re-examination shall be held under any circumstances. The schedule will remain unaltered. |

Language of the Question Papers shall be English only. |
