Welcome to Online Application

There are 3 steps to successful completion of your application online.

Step 1 :

• In the first screen, 9 mandatory fields will appear.
• Please fill in all the fields with valid data.
• Once completed, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 :

• Your Application number will be assigned at the top of the screen.
• In this screen, 22 fields will appear. Carefully enter the correct answers.
• Wherever necessary, all possible options will automatically appear and you may just click the chosen option.
• Example: Test Centre Preference / Course Preference.

Instructions For Photo UPLOAD

• 1.Take a Passport size Photo of yourself
• 2.Scan the Photo, copy and save in a CD
• 3.Copy and save it in the Desktop of the Computer in which you are filling up Online Application
• 4.In the application form there will be a box for inserting your photo and a Browse button
• 5. Click the Browse button appearing at Column No: 10 in your application at the top right .
• 6. A new window will appear. Enter your application No. and click on the Browse button, pick your saved photo from the desktop of the Computer.
• 7.Click on UPLOAD button. Acceptance message will appear.Close the window. Revert to application form to fill from column 11.

• At the bottom SUBMIT button will appear. Before clicking this SUBMIT button:-
• Verify all the entries once again and make corrections wherever necessary.
• Note down the Application Number.
  
• After Submitting your application new window will appear to Create a PASSWORD and note down for your future reference.
• In future to give the payment details APPLICATION NUMBER & PASSWORD is needed.
• Note down the following Bank Account details for making payment :

• For your records, you can take a print out, by clicking PRINT .
• Close your application.
• Now proceed to make payment of application fees by the mode you have chosen in Step 2.

IF you are paying by DD or Challan, pay:

• Write your name and application number on the back side of the DD / Challan and submit in any Branch of State Bank of India with the Pay in Slip with details

Now fill in the details of DD / Challan in Step 3 Screen.

If you are transfering fund by Net banking, use the following:-

Note down the Transaction ID..

Step 3 :

• Now fill in the details in Step 3 screen with

• Transaction ID
• Your Bank Account Number
• Your Application Number.
• If you have successfully completed the application form Congratulations! message will flash.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the online filing of your application.

It will normally take two or three days for confirmation of financial transactions. As soon as this is confirmed, you will receive communication from the university.

You can also access the University to know the status of your application by clicking APPLICATION STATUS button and entering your PASSWORD.

In case you forget your password, do not worry. Send email to Admissions Officer at admission@vel-tech.org quoting your Application No. You will receive immediate attention.
